Packages

The Hampton Event Center offers a variety of all-inclusive packages designed for your special event. Our event planners and staff will guide you step by step from the beginning stages of planning to the very end of each event. Please select from our options below to begin planning your event to remember.

Weddings

The all-inclusive Wedding Packages offer the exclusive use of the facility for five (5) hours with the option to add more time. Within this package, you will select your menu including hors d'oeuvres, main entrees and side dishes, from the areas finest quality foods offered by our in-house chef, as well as choose your wedding cake from our wide selection of styles along with your choice of batter and filling. Also included is a fully stocked open bar (beer, wine, alcohol, mixers, soft drinks and bartenders) that remains available to your guests for the entire length of your reception, even through the dinner hour.

You will also choose from a selection of centerpieces, table linens and colored linen napkins. A fully decorated, elevated bridal table is provided in addition to a champagne toast for the bridal table and two main family tables. Set-up, clean-up and service of your reception will be handled by our experienced staff. Our full time event planners will meet with you one on one to organize and plan each intricate detail of your reception to help you create everlasting memories. Discounts and minimum guest requirements depend upon the event day and the time of year. The option to have your ceremony on location is also available.

Anniversaries

The all-inclusive Anniversary Packages offers the exclusive use of the facility for four (4) hours with the option to add more time. Within this package, you will select your menu including hors d'oeuvres, main entrees and side dishes, from the areas finest quality foods offered by our in-house chef. You will have your choice of anniversary cake from our many options along with batter and filling choices. Also included is a fully stocked open bar which remains available throughout your four hour reception. You will select centerpieces for all tables, table linens and colored linen napkins. Set-up, clean-up and service of your reception will be handled by our experienced staff. Our full time event planners will meet with you one on one to organize and plan every detail of your reception to make it a pleasurable event to remember.

Showers

The all-inclusive Shower Packages are available for either Bridal or Baby Showers. The packages include the exclusive use of the facility along with your choice of menu selections and the option of either a fully decorated cake or ice cream for dessert. Also included in the package are unlimited hot and cold refreshments.

Centerpieces, table linens and colored linen napkins are also incorporated within the package. Skirted gift tables and door prize tables are available as needed. Set-up, clean-up and service of your day will be handled by our experienced staff. Our full time event planners will plan and discuss all details with you to assure that your shower runs smoothly and just as you have imagined.

Business Meetings

The business meeting packages offer exclusive use of the hall for up to eight (8) hours with set-up and clean-up by our professional staff included. Fresh brewed coffee (regular and decaf) as well as hot tea and pitchers of water are available all day. We have a podium, microphone(s) and two projection screens on hand at all times. Our total seating capacity is 300 people for the following seating arrangement options: Open Round Table Seating, Conference Seating or Theater Style. Classroom seating is available for up to 70 guests. You also have the option to have a continental breakfast and/or a professionally catered hot or cold lunch/dinner served.

Sports Banquets

The all-inclusive sports banquet package gives you the opportunity to celebrate your season with affordable pricing. The package offers you the exclusive use of the facility for four (4) hours. Your buffet menu selections include two (2) delicious main entrees and four (4) side dishes along with rolls and butter. A decorated dessert cake with your school colors and a personalized message for the team is provided for dessert. Refreshments are available throughout the dinner hour. Centerpieces are provided for all tables along with table linens and linen napkins in your school or team colors.

We have a podium and microphone for your speakers use and an oversized screen is available for video presentations. We provide skirted gift tables and awards tables to display your trophies. Our full time event planners will work with you to prepare an unforgettable end of season celebration.

SPECIAL OFFER: Select One Main Entree from Menu #1 and One Upgraded Main Entree from Menu #2 along with your 4 Side Dishes for the price of Menu #1 (plus tax and service charge).

Social Events

Whether you are looking to have a Birthday Celebration, Communion Lunch/Dinner, Retirement Party or other social gathering, we are sure to have a package to suit your needs. The all-inclusive package offers four (4) hours of exclusive use of the facility along with your choice of menu selections.

This package gives you a variety of bar options to choose from including a full, open bar, beer and wine service only, a cash bar, run a tab for drinks or simply serve non-alcoholic hot and cold refreshments. Centerpieces, table linens and colored linen napkins are all part of the package as well. Our experienced staff will handle all of the set-up, clean-up and service associated with your event. Additionally, our full time coordinators will assist you with your planning to create a celebration with memories to last a lifetime.

Holiday Parties

The all-inclusive Holiday Package offers four (4) hours exclusive use of the facility for your celebration. You will select your menu from the areas finest quality foods offered by our in-house chef, including hors d'oeuvres, main entrees and side dishes.

Also included is a fully stocked open bar, which remains available to your guests through your entire event. (Cash Bar option is available) Our in-house DJ will be on hand to provide music and entertainment throughout the evening. Holiday Centerpieces as well as festive Holiday linens will decorate the tables. Set-up, clean-up and service of your event will be handled by our professional staff.

Our full-time event planners will provide assistance and guidance as you plan your Holiday festivities.

Reunions

The all-inclusive reunion package offers you exclusive use of the facility for your gathering for five (5) hours. Your menu consists of a selection of the areas finest quality foods offered by our in-house chef, including hors d'oeuvres, main entrees and side dishes. A dessert cake decorated with your school colors and a special message completes your meal.

Also included in the package is a fully stocked open bar, which remains available to your guests through your entire event. Centerpieces, table linens and linen napkins in your school colors. Set-up, clean-up and service of your event will be handled by our experienced staff. Our full time event planners will work with you and the committee to provide valuable information for planning your event.

Funeral Luncheons

The all-inclusive luncheon package includes all of your needs for one affordable price. Your menu consists of a choice of two (2) main entrees and four (4) side dishes served to your guests buffet style. All non-alcoholic refreshments are included as well as a dessert cake. Bar options are available. Centerpieces and table linens are provided within the package pricing also. Set-up, clean-up and service of your event will be handled by our experienced staff.
